Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard cooked
- 3 tablespoons mayo + {46g}
- 2 tablespoon sour cream+ {32g}
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar {2g})
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard+ {12g}
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt+
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper+
- A little grated onion to taste

Step 1
Cook, drain, cool and peel eggs. Slice egg in half lengthwise. Transfer yolks to bowl and smash. Add remaining ingredients, mashing mixture until smooth. Fill whites with mixture.
