Ingredients
- Crumble:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- add 1 beaten egg
- Filling:
- 4 cups cubed rhubarb
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble:
Mix ingredients together. Save 3/4 cup for topping and pat rest into a 9x13 greased pan.
Filling:
Mix and pour over crumble bottom. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over top. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
