Ingredients

  • 1 Death by Chocolate cake
  • 1/4 recipe of chocolate buttercream frosting
  • Crumble the cake and add just enough frosting to form the cake balls.
  • Melt enough chocolate to dip the sticks.
  • Dip stick into chocolate and insert into cake ball. Freeze until firm.
  • Melt coatings and dip frozen cake balls into coating.

Step 1

Bake in 9*12 cake pan that has been prepared with spray oil and four.

Bake at convection 240 f0r 25 - 30 minutes.

When cake is cooled, break and mix with 1/2 cup vanilla frosting. Using a cookie scoop, form into balls and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

Melt a small amount of chocolate and dip a stick into the chocolate and then into the cake ball. Allow the stick to harden in the refrigerator.

Melt chocolate and coat each cake ball. Add decorative sprinkels.
