Step 1

Make marinade at of Beer, worchestershire, lemon pepper, soy sauce, and garlic salt. Soak brisket in marinade over night. Next morn discard marinade & place brisket in foil. Season with more lemon pepper and garlic salt. Wrap tightly and cook on low heat (200 degrees) in oven for about 6 hrs. check often. Uncover when done and raise temp to 350 degrees to brown
