Ingredients
- Small bag of frozen sweet corn
- Small container of half and half
- 1/2 sweet yellow onion chopped finely
- 1 piece of ham steak cut up in bite sized pieces
- 8 Small red potatoes, chopped bite sized
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1 stick butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Tonys seasoning

Step 1
1. Boil onions, chopped potatoes and corn until potatoes are soft (20 mins). Drain. Add butter, 1/2 of the half and half, and 1 cup milk. Heat until butter melts.
2. Add chopped ham and the other 1/2 of half and half and 1 cup of milk, bring to slow low boil, add seasoning to taste.
