Ingredients
- 6 cobs of corn, husked
- 1.25 cups (310mL) finely diced red onion
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp (5mL) salt
- 1 small red or green finger chili, finely diced
- 3 large avocados, medium dice
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Sensations by Compliments Salsa Verde
- 1/4 cup (60mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
1. Heat BBQ to high. Grill the corn until lightly charred, about 5 to 7 mins. Cool, then slice the kernels from teh cob into a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients and serve.
