Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 lg eggs
1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

mix 1st 3 ingredients in large bowl, make a well in the center of mixture.
Beat eggs til foamy, add melted butter.
Stir just until moistened.
Pour in mini muffin pans.
Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
