Chunky Chocolate Pecan Cookies

• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 1/2 c butter, melted
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
• 1 1/4 c coarsely chopped pecans

Step 1

Preheat to 375.
In a large bowl, combine mix, butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat on low speeed for 1 min or until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10-15 mins or until light golden. Dool 1 min on baking sheets, then remove to racks and cool completely.
