Ingredients
- 6 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 3/4 lb. total)
- 1 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
- 1/2 C lime juice
- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Using flat side of meat mallet, lightly pound to an even 1/2" thickness. Place in large re-sealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
Make the marinade in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove chicken and discard marinade. Season with salt and pepper, and place on grill.
