Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Topping:
- 1 2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c crunchy toffee bits

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, brown sugar and melted butter. Using a wooden spoon, mix until a soft dough forms. Press firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 15 mins. or until light golden. Cool slightly in pan on a wire rack.
Filling:
Meanwhile, heat sweetened condensed milk and butter in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly over low heat for 5 -10 mins or until thickened. Spread over crust. Bake for 10-15 min or until golden. Cool 1 hr in pan.
Topping:
In a saucepan, over low heat melt chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over filling. Sprinkle toffee bits on top, pressing lightly into chocolate. Cool.
