Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. rice
• 1 can beef broth
• 1 can french onion soup
• 1 can mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Brown rice in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients & place in round glass casserole dish. Cover and bake for 45 mins. or til done
