Ingredients

  • Cook the following separately:
  • 4 lb. chicken, cooked, deboned, and cut up
  • 2 1/2 lb. pork butt, cooked, cut up
  • 2 lb. stew meat, cooked, cut up
  • (Can cook pork butt and stew meat together)
  • Reserve broth from above
  • 2 packages frozen vegetable gumbo mix
  • Potatoes (cook whole, mash)
  • Dried lima beans, mashed

Preparation

Step 1

Put all the above together in broth, adding:
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
¼ c lemon juice
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
1 large onion, chopped
2 (or more) buds garlic minced
10 oz ketchup
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir constantly.
