  • Sift together and add:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups oil {15oz}
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated carrots {15oz}
  • 1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts {2-4oz}
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Frosting:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Put in 13x9” pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°F

FROSTING:
Beat the heck out of it and add 1 tablespoon hot water to spread on cooled cake.
