Ingredients
- 6 cloves peeled garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 poblano chili & 1 serrano chili (coarsely chopped w/ seeds)
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1/3 C fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 C fresh oregano
- 1/4 C fresh basil
- 1/4 C sherry vinegar
- 1/3 C olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
puree until smooth ingredients (through 1 tsp sherry vinegar)
transfer to bowl
add ingredients parsley, oregano & basil - all finely chopped
whisk in 1/4 C sherry vinegar & 1/3 C olive oil
