Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mashed banana (1 large)
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with PAM. In large bowl, stir all ingredients together until combined. Drop mounds of dough 3” apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten with a spatula dipped in water to 2 ¾” round, about ½” thick. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze up to 2 months.
