Ingredients
- 6 cups sponge cake or dessert shells
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 16 oz. carton Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (Starbucks Cappuccino)
- 2 T. chocolate liqueur (Godiva)
- 2 (6 oz.) cartons chocolate yogurt*
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Cut sponge cake into cubes. Place cubes in a bowl and add the coffee. Toss cubes around so they all get soaked with coffee. Combine Cool Whip, yogurt and liqueurs in small bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the nuts and chips.
Place 1/3 of the cubes in a 12 cup bowl. Top with 1/3 of the Cool Whip mixture. Sprinkle 1/3 of the chip and nut mixture over that. Repeat the layers 2 more times ending with chips and nuts.
Sprinkle the top with chocolate curls, seasonal berries or more mini chips if desired. Serves 12.
*Add 1/8 cup chocolate syrup to vanilla yogurt if chocolate yogurt is not available.
