- 1 Boursin cheese
- approx. 125 ml half and half
- few drops of Worchester sauce

Step 1
Melt, carefully and slowly, 1 Boursin in meat dripping after frying meat with chredded onion. Not to hot.
Add half and half and worchester to melted cheese.
Pour over either pasta or meat.
