Ingredients
- 1 container French's Onion Straws (regular, not Cheddar)
- 2 - 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard (like Grey Poupon)
- 1 egg
- milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Use a tenderizer to flatten chicken a bit.
2. Pour the entire container of French's Onion Straws into a Ziploc bag, add flour and crush into small pieces.
3. Combine the egg, Worcester sauce, mustard and a few splashes of milk in a bowl.
4. Coat a piece of chicken with the egg mixture, place in the bag with onion straws and cover as best as possible.
5. Place covered chicken in a baking dish.
6. Repeat with remaining pieces of chicken.
7. Pour the remaining onion straws over the top of the chicken.
8. Bake at 400 uncovered for at least 30 minutes.
