Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 thin sliced mozzarella
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crums and 3 tableponns Parmesan and coat chops evenly.Heat oil in large skillet and brown garlic;discard.Add chops and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes on each side,or until well browned.Arrange 1 slice mozzarella on each chop,cover and cook 1 minute or until melted.Remove chops tp warm platter.Add tomato sauce to skillet and cook over low heat,scraping browned particles,until sauce begins to boil.Season with salt and pepper.Stir in remaining Parmesan and pour over chops.
