Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 quart tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb. corkscrew pasta, cooked
- Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, add remaining ingredients and simmer all together for 25 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
