- Whole Wheat Crust:

- 1/2 teaspoon honey (3.5g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz. warm water
- 1.5 cups white WW flour {6oz}
- 1/2 tablespoon yeast
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, opt
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme, opt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, opt
