Pasta With Mushrooms and Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 clove garlic
• 3 Tbs olive oil
• 1 lb Plum Tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 lb mushrooms
• 1/2 lb italian sausage
• 1/2 bunch fresh basil
• 2 punches italian herbs
• 1 pinch red pepper
• 1 lb pasta
• 2 tbs red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic in olive oil.Add mushrooms,wine,herbs and spices.Add sausage and plum tomatoes.Simmer for 10 minutes and add basil.Serve over pasta.
