Cube Steak with Gravy

• 1/3 c. flour
• 6 cube steaks
• 1 T.oil
• 1 sliced onion
• 2 c. water
• 1 envelope brown gravy mix
• 1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
• 1 envelope onion gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place flour in zip-lock bag. Add steaks, shake until coated. Cook steaks in oil until slightly browned on both sides. Transfer to crock pot. Add onion and 2 c. water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

In bowl, whisk gravy mixes with 1 c. water. Add to crock pot, cook 30 minutes. Server over mashed potatoes or noodles.
