  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small cans (5.33 oz, each)evaporated milk
  • 1/2 chocolate syrup
  • 1 TBL vanilla
  • 1/3 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1-3/4 c Irish whiskey

Step 1

put all ingredients in blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in the refrigerator at least a week. I find 2-4 is much better. Keep refrigerated
