This is based on the rich Danish liquor. It is smooth and rich. I make this for the Holidays
Unless you have a large capacity blender or food processor I recommend making two batches. Makes about quart and half

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 c sugar
- 1 *1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp lemon extract
- 1-3/4 c vodka
- 10 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 small cans (5.33oz, each) evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
put sugar in blender or food processor with steel blade, pulverize. Add other indgredients and mix for 30 seconds. Bottle and refrigerte at least a week before serving. It will intensify to a bright yellow colour. I find that the liquor mellows to perfection in about 2-3 weeks
Variation: for different flavour, substiture 1/4 to 3/4 French brandy for that much vodka
