Ingredients
- additional optional seasonings:
- 4 cups pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup golden Flax Meal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1-2 T Cinnamon, to taste
- 2-4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla stevia, or to taste (non-THM can use 2-4 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup instead of stevia)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

Step 1
Optional: Soak seeds in filtered water 5-7 hours, then rinse and drain thoroughly.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. (May want to mix vanilla & stevia into coconut oil, then mix in with remaining ingredients.)
Spread onto parchment-covered baking trays.
Bake at 300 for about an hour, stirring occasionally. (may need 1 1/2 - 2x longer if seeds were soaked)
Or can dehydrate 12-24 hours, until completely dry.
