1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 Tblsp. Orange Juice
Pinch of salt
Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and water together in saucepan . Cook to 230 degrees boil stage. Take from heat & stir in oj , orand rind, salt, & pecans & stir well. Put on parcement paper to dry.
