Ingredients
- 1 # white button mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 C Burgundy or other dry red wine
- Black pepper
- 1/2 boiling water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 tsp dill seed
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in stock pot. Bring to boil then simmer covered 6 hours. Uncover and cook another 3 hours.
