Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak
- 5 carrots
- 5 stalks celery
- 5 potatoes
- 1 can green beans + juice
- Onion to taste
- 1/2 cup tapioca
- 1 large can tomatoes

Step 1
Cut up entire mixture in baking dish, add 1 large can tomatoes, sprinkle with ketchup, salt and pepper. Stir entire mixture. May add ½ cup water if desired.
Bake at 250°F for 6 hours.
