Ingredients
- 8 cups fine chopped cabbage {1 head}
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot {1 medium}
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk {2oz}
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise {4oz}
- 1/4 cup buttermilk {2.25oz}
- 1.5 tablespoons white vinegar {.75oz}
- 2.5 tablespoons lemon juice {1.25oz}

Preparation
Step 1
Be sure that the cabbage and carrots are cut up into very fine pieces {about the size of rise kernels}
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, and lemon juice, and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 HOURS before serving.
