Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside
2. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla
3. Beat until smooth and then fold in whipping cream
