Ingredients
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 (15 oz) can field peas with snaps (drained)
- 1 (14 oz) can collard greens (undrained)
- 1 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

Place all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
