Ingredients
- 1 lb. burger
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans Italian tomatoes
- 1 {8oz} can tomato sauce
- 1 {12oz} can tomato paste
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar {.5oz}
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Sliced mushrooms

Step 1
In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic, drain fat. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
