Ingredients
- Freezer zip-lock bag
- 1 part rubbing alcohol
- 3 parts water

Preparation
Step 1
Put the water and alcohol into zip-lock bag. Put that in another zip-lock (to prevent leakage). Place in the freezer until needed.
The alcohol keeps the pack soft so its more comfortable to use than hard ice packs.
