Overnight Caramel French Toast

Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 TBL light corn syrup
- 12 slices of bread
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon, divided
- 6 eggs
- 11/2 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In s saucepan on medium heat bring brown sugar, butter and corn syrup to a boil. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with 6 slices of bread. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over half the bread. Top with remaining bread and sprinkle remaining sugar over top. In large bowl beat eggs milk and remaining cinnamon. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 and bake 30 to 35 minutes
