  • 1 can black eyed peas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 shoe peg corn (small canned corn)
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • a few small hot peppers, according to heat desired
  • chopped cilantro to taste
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Drain cans and rinse vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight for best flavor.
