Crab and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 tbs. butter or margarine
- 2 tbs. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. cooked crab meat

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions until barely done. Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a 1 quart casserole. Saute onions in butter; stir in salt and flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese and cook over a low flame until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crab meat and pour over broccoli. Bake until bubbly and browned, about 30 minutes.
