Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c butter
- Topping:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 chocolate chips
- 1 pkg of toffee bits

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350.
Grease a 13 x 9 cake pan.
Base\ combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 mins or until light golden.
Topping: Heat sweetened condensed milk and butter in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-10 mins or until thickened. Spread over baked base. Bake 12-15 minutes longer or until golden.
sprinkle cbocolate chips evenly on top. Return to oven and bake 2-3 mins longer, or un til choclate is soft and shiny. Remove from oven. Spread choclate eenly. Sprinkle Skor Bits on top, pressing lightly into chocolate. Cool completely.
