Ingredients
- 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 pound crabmeat
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475 degrees
Set oven rack to middle position. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Whisk all ingedients except crab until smooth. Gently add crab. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
