Ingredients

  • 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 2 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees

Set oven rack to middle position. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Whisk all ingedients except crab until smooth. Gently add crab. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
