Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles (~18 noodles)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 24 oz cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix together cottage and mozzarella cheeses.

Pour about 1 cup of sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Top with a layer of double lasagna noodles.

Add layer of cheese mixture.

Add layer of sauce.

Repeat layers ending in sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375* for 30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting to serve.
