Mustard Vingarette Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove minced
• 1 Tbsp minced parsley
• 1 Tbsp & 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine Vinegar, salt, parsley, mustard and garlic. Wisk slowly adding the oil until blended.
