Ingredients
- 2/3 lb. ground buffalo
- 1/3 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can Mexican style tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 {8oz} can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoons med-hot chili powder
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
In heavy skillet, cook meats, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Put in crock pot and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or low 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaf and serve.
