Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce {4oz}
- 1/2 cup dry sherry {4oz}
- 1/3 cup canola oil {2.5oz}
- 2 tablespoons splenda or sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Step 1
Combine ingredients and whisk until well blended, let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Marinate a London broil in gallon freezer bag overnight with marinate.
TO GRILL:
Grill London broil on high for 4 minutes on one side, then 6 minutes on the other side. Then cook indirect heat for 6 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
