Ingredients
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1 large egg or 2 yolks
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 T vinegar

Method:
Mix spices, egg and one T vinegar. Add oil, one drop at a time, beating constantly until mixture thickens. Beat in one T vinegar and the remaining oil in larger portions. You can also do this with a food blender. Refrigerate.
