• 1 24 oz. bag shredded has browns
• 1 pt. (2 cups) whipping cream
• 1 tsp. salt/pepper to taste.

Step 1

Pour potatoes in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Pour cream over. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until potatoes are glazey and slightly brown on top, about an hour. experiment the first time. Can be make with half & half, but recipe is not the same. You might be tempted to add diced onions and maybe cheddar cheese on top. Very good casserole.
