Ingredients
- 4 cups COLD cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup meat {pork, bacon, chicken, etc}
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 6 green onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Slightly fry rice to warm. Cook eggs until done, then shred.
Fry meat with diced onion until done. Add shredded cooked eggs, rice and green onions. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
