Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar {or splenda}
- 1.5 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 24 small beets

Step 1
Boil beets with 3β stem for 20-30 minutes. Peel and cut.
Heat vinegar, water and salt to a boil, simmer 20 minutes. Add beets and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sweetener.
Pack in sterile canning jars, leaving ΒΌβ headspace. Hot water bath 30 minutes.
