- 1 fat french bread
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large onion chopped
- grated swiss cheese
- poppy seeds
- garlic if desired

Step 1
Slice a fat french bread loaf diagionally in about 1 1/2 inch slices almost through.
Heat butter, mustard and lemon juice. Garlic can be added if desired. Pour over bread.
Stuff chopped onion and cheese between each slice. Sprinkly with poppy seeds.
Wrap in quick release reynolds wrap.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
