Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- Biscut Topping
- 3/4 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 can frenches onions
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
In a greased 9" x 13" baking dish, layer chicken, chiles, cheese, and tomato. In a small bowl combine the soup, milk, and hot pepper sauce. Pour over chicken mixture. Cover and bak at 375 degrees for 20 mintues.
In a small bowl, combine the bisquick, cornmeal, milk, and most of the frenches onions. Drop into eight mounds over casserole. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining onions, bake for 5 mintues longer or until cheese is melted.
